Menzies CNAC Aviation Services (MCAS) and中匯空港, a limited company owned by the China Civil Aviation Association (CCAA) officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on February 18, 2025. The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of Ms. SUN Xiaoli, Deputy General Secretary of CCAA and Chairwoman of 中匯空港, along with Mr. LI Bing, Deputy General Manager of 中匯空港. Mr. Raymond LO, Chief Executive Officer of MCAS, expressed great enthusiasm about this collaboration, highlighting the significance of such cooperation for MCAS in extending its network with Chinese airports and institutes.

Ms. Sun Xiaoli shared her excitement about the partnership, emphasizing that collaborating with MCAS will allow CCAA to leverage MCAS' extensive international network to enhance the overall operational standards and service quality.

This agreement aims to leverage both parties' expertise in the aviation sector to foster talent development, promote international airport cooperation, and enhance professional training programs. Through this partnership, MCAS and CCAA will jointly offer advanced training for airport management personnel, international aviation education opportunities, and specialized ground handling training programs in the Greater China Area.

MCAS remains committed to utilize its global network to contribute to developing aviation talents in Mainland China. This collaboration with CCAA marks a significant milestone in strengthening China’s aviation talent development and international industry exchange.
