Menzies CNAC (MCAS) is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Lalamove , the world’s largest logistics transaction platform, to offer seamless baggage delivery services. This collaboration aims to provide an efficient and reliable solution for the transportation of luggage.

Under the terms of the agreement, MCAS will leverage Lalamove's extensive delivery network and advanced logistics technology to offer reliable and timely baggage delivery services. This partnership will enable passengers to have their luggage picked up from the airport and delivered directly to their destination, whether it be a hotel, residence, or any other specified address.

Dave Li, Director & General Manager of Passenger Services at MCAS, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership. He is confident that this collaboration will significantly boost customer satisfaction and increase operational efficiency. Li also shared his high hopes for expanding this service to other locations in the Greater Bay Area and potentially Southeast Asia in the near future, utilizing the combined networks of Lalamove and MCAS.

At the same time, Gary Chow, Managing Director of Lalamove is also thrilled to work with MCAS to deliver a reliable and efficient baggage delivery service, which ensures that passengers will enjoy a seamless and convenient experience.

The new baggage delivery service is expected to launch in February 2025. Both MCAS and Lalamove are dedicated to continuously improving their services and exploring new opportunities to enhance the travel experience for their customers.
