On 4 November, Menzies CNAC Aviation Services (MCAS) representatives, including Mr. Warren Chan, Head of Business Development; Ms. Irene Yip, Learning and Development Manager and Ms. Kennis Wong, Business Development Specialist, paid visit to China Civil Airports Association (CCAA) at Beijing, where key discussions were held to explore collaborative training and development opportunities, aiming at enhancing the capabilities of domestic small and medium-sized airports in China, together with Mr. Qinghua Song, Assistant to Chair and Mr. Bing Li, Human Resources Assistant Director.

During the visit, MCAS and CCAA agreed to jointly develop specialized training courses tailored to the needs of domestic airports, covering a range of critical topics, including internationally standardized Safety Management Systems (SMS), human factors, and the transportation of dangerous goods. The goal is to elevate the operational standards and safety protocols of the Chinese airports to meet global benchmarks.

Furthermore, through introductions facilitated by the airport association, MCAS plans to organize and recommend domestic civil aviation academies to participate in the Hong Kong Greater Bay Area's school-enterprise cooperation program. Thus, MCAS is planned to co-host short-term and mid-term professional business training courses tailored for ground service companies in mainland China with these enterprise. These courses will combine classroom theory with on-site practical training, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for participants.

Through the global airport business cooperation network of Menzies Aviation, MCAS is well-positioned to assist the airport association in providing relevant business introductions and hospitality services in the future. This visit marks a significant step towards MCAS’ goals to supporting the growth and development of China’s civil aviation sector.

此外，通過機場協會的介紹，MCAS計劃組織和推薦國內民航院校參與香港大灣區的校企合作計劃。為此，MCAS計劃與這些企業共同舉辦為內地地勤服務企業度身訂造的短期和中期專業業務培訓課程。這些課程將結合課堂理論與現場實訓，確保學員獲得全面的學習體驗。

通過明捷航空的全球機場商務合作網絡，MCAS在未來將有條件協助機場協會提供相關的業務介紹和接待服務。此次訪問標誌著MCAS在支持中國民航業成長和發展的目標上邁出了重要的一步。
